Join outdoor Asahi classes on Saturdays this fall! Advanced Asahi teacher and BHV member Margaret Hilton leads gentle exercises that develop the strength, flexibility, and balance seniors need to live independently in their own homes. All are welcome and a donation of $10 per class is gladly accepted. We have a new yard for our classes so email Kate Smith for more information. Leader: Margaret Hilton.
